Terms of Service

By accessing the website at www.tejasbyte.com or engaging the services of Tejasbyte Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Tejasbyte", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Tejasbyte Technologies provides software engineering services including but not limited to:

• AI and machine learning development
• Full-stack web application development
• Mobile application development (iOS and Android)
• Cloud infrastructure and DevOps engineering
• API design and third-party integrations
• Security engineering and compliance consulting

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement signed by both parties.

Client work: Upon full payment of all invoices, intellectual property rights for custom software developed exclusively for a client are transferred to that client, as specified in the applicable service agreement.

Tejasbyte IP: Any pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, methodologies, or know-how developed by Tejasbyte prior to or independently of a client engagement remain the exclusive property of Tejasbyte.

Website content: All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by or licensed to Tejasbyte and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

• Payment schedules are defined in the individual service agreement for each project
• Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month
• Tejasbyte reserves the right to suspend services for accounts overdue by more than 30 days
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement. Where required, a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be executed prior to sharing sensitive project details.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tejasbyte Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or related to our services or this agreement.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a service engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Tejasbyte warrants that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. We will use reasonable efforts to deliver agreed deliverables on time.

Except as explicitly stated, our services and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• The client is liable for payment of all work completed up to the termination date
• Tejasbyte will deliver all completed work product within 14 days
• Confidentiality obligations continue after termination
• Provisions relating to IP, liability, and disputes survive termination

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kathmandu, Nepal.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
